All of our products are personally packed and shipped directly from Australia by the Kalpra Team. We do not Dropship, ensuring the greatest care is placed on the handling of your products.

Australia

We offer FREE SHIPPING via Australia Post on all of our products and aim to have them with you as quickly as we can.

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order and can take 1-4 business days for delivery.

A notification email with tracking number will be sent as soon as your items are dispatched.

International

We offer competitive, flat rate shipping on all of our International orders using Australia Post.

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.

Unfortunately, due to currently global circumstances, shipping times may vary greatly and can potentially take up to 60 days, depending on destination.

A notification email with tracking number will be sent as soon as your items are dispatched.

Returns

Kalpra will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. for a full refund or exchange, mail your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.

How to Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.

Kalpra is unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

Exchanges
